You can return items bought from our website within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Follow the steps below to start your return.
Reach Out to Us:
Email us at hi@the4book.com and include the following details:
Your order number
Reason for the return, and a description of any issues (if applicable)
Photos of the product, especially if damaged or defective
Return Process:
For U.S. Customers: We’ll send you an RMA label to return the product. Please note: Refunds are only processed for returns using this label.
For International Customers: We’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any customs fees unless stated otherwise.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days to show up in your account.
If it’s been more than 10 business days and you still haven’t received your refund:
Double-check your bank account or credit card transactions.
Contact your bank or card issuer—processing times vary.
